Effective Monday 1/18/2021, video visitation services will be provided through GTL.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but all public video visitation will be suspended starting Monday 1/11/2021 through Friday 1/15/2021. This will allow GTL to install new upgraded video visitation equipment and software for an enhanced video visitation experience.
All current and future visitors will have to create a GTL account and schedule visits through the new vendor. You can visit their website:

All public visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please check in 15 minutes before your scheduled visit.

On-site visit* free
10-minute visit $2.50
25-minute visit $6.25
Requirements:
Visitors must be approved by the facility to schedule visits
Email address to register and schedule visits
Valid Photo ID for registration and at check-in
A computer or android device with internet, camera and speakers. A headset or earbuds are highly recommended
Professional visitors must contact the facility to be granted “Professional Visitor” status

Currently, iOS is not supported by the GTL system.
