Baldwin County

            By virtue of an Execution issued out of the Circuit Court, of Mobile, County, Alabama, on a Judgment rendered therein against John Rather and in favor Barry Booth, DMD on the 9th day of November, 2011, at the November Term of the Circuit Court, I Huey Hoss Mack, as Sheriff of Baldwin County, Alabama, will sell to the highest bidder, for cash, in front of the Courthouse door of said County and State, on the 6th day of  March, 2017, within the legal hours of sale 12:00 P.M., the following described property, to-wit:

            Portions of lots 1 and 2, Whitehouse Creek Ranch, as recorded in slide number 2214-B, in the office of the Judge of Probate, Baldwin County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northeast corner of lot 1, Whitehouse Creek Ranch, as recorded in slide number 2214-b, in the office of the Judge of Probate, Baldwin County, Alabama, Run N 23 degrees 48’ 57” W, 249.59 feet to the point of beginning of the property herein described; thence run S 00 degrees 17’ 59” E, 318.02 feet to a point; thence runs 75 degrees 14’ 24” w. 604.50 feet to a point; thence run N 18 degrees 27’ 49” w. 471.81 feet to a point; thence run N 15 degrees 12’ 31” E. 136.31 feet to a point; thence run N 85 degrees 09” 05” E. 507.29 feet to a point; thence run S 51 degrees 52’ 29” E, 242.88 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8.00 acres.

Together with the following fee simple parcel shown as an easement for ingress, egress utility and drainage to Alabama highway No. 138, as per record plat of Whitehouse Creek Ranch. Recorded in slide number 2214B, in the office of the Judge of Probate Court, Baldwin County Alabama.

Commencing at the northeast corner of lot 1, Whitehouse Creek Ranch, as recorded in slide number 2214-b, in the office of the Judge of Probate, Baldwin County, Alabama, run S 00 degrees 17’ 59” E. 608.56 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 00 degrees 17’ 59” E, along the east line of a 100’ ingress, egress, utility & drainage easement as shown on said Whitehouse Creek Ranch. 51.95 feet to a point; thence run S 29 degrees 44’ 39” E, along the east line of a 50 foot easement for ingress, egress, drainage & utility sown on said Whitehouse Creek Ranch. 554.63 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of Alabama Highway No. 138: thence run N 28 degrees 29’ 21” E, along said north right-of-way line, 55.30 feet to a point; thence run N 33 degrees 24’ 43” w. 413.06 feet to a point; thence run N 28 degrees 00’ 38” W, 158.55 feet to the point of beginning.
